1. Services

VisaforUmrah.com provides assistance with applying for Umrah e-visas for travelers to Saudi Arabia. Our services include:

  • Online application submission

  • Review of visa applications for accuracy

  • Delivery of approved e-visas via email, WhatsApp, Signal, or other preferred platforms

  • Customer support 24/7

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or acting as a legal guardian for minors

  • You provide true, accurate, and complete information

  • You have a valid passport and meet all Saudi Arabia entry requirements

  • You understand that submitting inaccurate information may result in visa rejection

3. Orders & Processing

  • Visa applications are generally processed within 48 hours.

  • The visa validity is 30 days from the date of departure, with a maximum stay of 90 days in Saudi Arabia.

  • Delivery is done via your preferred platform (WhatsApp, email, Signal, etc.).

Important Notice Regarding Payments and Visa Approval:

  • Once an order is paid, it cannot be canceled, because we immediately forward the fees to the Saudi authorities for visa processing.

  • Visa approval is fully under the control of the Saudi authorities. VisaforUmrah.com cannot guarantee approval.

  • If a visa is not issued by the Saudi authorities and we receive a refund from them, the refunded amount will be returned to the user via the original payment method.

  • VisaforUmrah.com is not liable for delays, rejections, or issues that occur at the airport or upon arrival in Saudi Arabia. Our responsibility ends once we deliver the official approved e-visa to the user.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All fees are clearly listed on the website at the time of application.

  • Payments can be made via multiple secure methods as offered on the site.

  • Prices include our service fee and applicable government fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Refunds are only possible if the Saudi authorities refund us.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate personal and travel information

  • Submit all required documents securely

  • Check visa information upon receipt and report errors immediately

  • Understand that VisaforUmrah.com cannot be held responsible for visa decisions by Saudi authorities or travel disruptions

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be canceled once paid.

  • Refunds are only processed if the Saudi authorities return the payment to us.

  • Any refunded amount will be returned via the same payment method used by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on VisaforUmrah.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by NobleService.com or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Liability

  • VisaforUmrah.com provides guidance and submission services but cannot guarantee visa approval.

  • We are not responsible for delays or decisions made by Saudi authorities, including visa inspections at airports or entry points.

  • Our liability is limited to delivering the official approved e-visa to the user.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

9. Privacy

  • All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Users consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their data for visa application purposes.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
