1. Payments Are Final

Once an order is paid, it cannot be modified, canceled, or reversed.
Payments are immediately forwarded to the Saudi authorities to process the visa application.
No adjustments, corrections, or cancellations are possible after payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only possible under the following conditions:

If the Saudi authorities do not issue the visa for any reason and refund the payment to us, we will return the refunded amount to you.
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Important: Refunds are not guaranteed and depend entirely on the authorities’ policies.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

You will not be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

Incorrect personal information provided during the application (e.g., misspelled names, wrong passport numbers, wrong dates of birth). Always double-check your data before submission.
Delays, rejections, or visa issues caused by the Saudi authorities.
Changes of mind or travel plans after payment.

4. How to Request a Refund
